How it works (all by email)
- Free audit. Email us your business name and we'll send a short list of what could be improved.
- Pay. Pay A$99 securely through Stripe.
- Your details. We email you a short form: hours, services, description, photos.
- Add us as Manager. You add us as a Manager on your profile. We'll send step-by-step instructions.
- We make the changes and email your before/after PDF.
Everything happens by email. There are no calls or chats to book.
Questions
Do I keep ownership of my profile?
Yes. You stay the owner. We're added only as a Manager, and you can remove us any time under Business Profile settings, then People and access. Or just reply "remove access" and we'll do it.
Will you change my business name?
No. We never change your business name. If something about it looks off, we'll tell you and let you decide.
Will you make anything up?
No. We only use facts you give us or confirm. We never invent hours, services, prices, credentials or claims.
I run a health practice. Is that OK?
Yes. For dental, physio and similar practices we keep the wording factual and in line with Ahpra advertising rules: no testimonials and no outcome claims.
Why is it GST-free?
We're not registered for GST, so there's no GST in the price. A$99 is the full amount.
How long does it take?
We make the edits soon after we have your details and Manager access. Google can take a few days to show some changes.
